Welcome to Elix Foundation

A nonprofit organization dedicated to the protection of undeveloped land, conservation of natural habitats and native wildlife within our lands.

Our goal is simple:

To acquire and protect undeveloped land, ensuring it remains untouched by urbanization and industrialization.

The Plan

Raise money and awareness through federal grants, similar nature foundations and public charities using a variety of events and programs.

Acquire land with the money collected, from 1 acres to 500 acres, mostly undeveloped, in the state of Florida, eventually other states as well.

- Conservation: Once the properties are purchased they will remain untouched and private, away from any human interaction with the exception of those specialists contracted to survey the land allowing the wild habitats to continue its natural balance, that includes wetlands, forest, lakes, springs, grasslands or any natural native habitat.

- Fauna: Conservation specialist will be contacted to develop an appropriate plan for each ecosystem and record what organisms are in the property. By keeping the properties private, it will be a safe space for native wild life who are unfortunately losing their homes to new constructions and developments. Also will partner with other nonprofits for the protection of native species and control of invasive species.

- Public Use: To generate funds for the foundation, in addition to donations and other initiatives, if the property size permits, up to 20% of the land will be designated for various events such as farmers' markets, concerts, auctions, art galleries, fashion shows, meetings, etc., or partially cleared to create parks, hiking trails, fishing spots, kayaking areas, monuments, museums, picnic areas, and other outdoor activities, all aligned with nature, art, or science themes.
